I'd be interested in whether your software would meet my client's requirements:
A secure area for document exchange per client
User needs username and password
Users account, username and password will ideally be generated when their details are entered onto the customer database (MS Access)
Users should be able to manage their password, i.e. change retrieve or reset it in a secure way if lost.
My client forecasts expansion from 5,000 to 10,000 clients. The system must be able to cope with this, and considering that the files for one client could be of a file size of up to 50Mb.
The system should be able automatically notify the user or my client via email if any files are changed or new ones submitted.
I guess some of those are obvious, but how about being able to generate accounts via information from a database and also, can the software cope with the numbers being talked about (5,000 to 10,000 accounts).

Hello Kev,
thank you for your interest. Seems that most of the requirements can be handled by Secureloads. 10 000 accounts is not a problem. The file size up to 50 Mb is a requirement to your web server - it should have enough disk space to store all that files.
As for the accounts generated from the MS Access database seems like a custom import script is required. Will this Access file be located at the same server?

Hi Algis,
I think it would be possible for the database file to be on the same server.
How about email notification of a change made to the files? For example, the user uploads a new file and my client is informed via email.
