The version 2.14 branding feature was a nice easy way to add my logo. In version 2.2 that's been replaced by Templates. I would simply like to add my logo to a new template. Could you point me to the correct place to do that? Presumably in the Index.php?
Otherwise, so far the new version is working well for me.

yes, I would recommend to make a copy of the "default" folder in the templates, for example to "templates/mytheme" then edit the "templates/mytheme/index.php" file. It is a simple HTML code there, just add your header code.
The reason to make your own copy is that the default template will get overwritten when doing version updates.
