I just downloaded the new 2.2 file.  Followed the directions, changed one file and uploaded the files.  When I get to the upgrade start, it gets to the create new database and I get an error:

Creating user custom fields if any ... MySQL error - 1146: Table 'lharterp_lharterdownload.sld_fields' doesn't exist. The query was:
SELECT * FROM sld_fields WHERE class_id = 2

Now when I look in the original database, there is a sld_fields so I'm not sure why I have an error that it doesn't exist.  I tried this with another server and got the same error.

Has anyone else had this problem?  Is it a script error, or do I have a setting wrong somewhere?
