Zip & Download results in an error on both Windows and Mac in every browser I've tried. So, looks like it's server-side. I get no other meaningful message, other than "Error".
My site is hosted with Media Temple.

I am being ignored by support. Zip & Download does not work. I'm not impressed with this company, or it's support.

I'm really sorry for the delay. I would need FTP access to sort out the problem, you can create a temporary account restricted to the folder where the software is installed, with no access to other parts of your website. I'm very sorry but it is absolutely necessary to be able to fix the problem on site.
If you feel that it is unacceptable, we will offer a refund. Please let me know.
