Hi
is is possible to use the system as follows
1. no register function, all users need to be created
2. remove the left navigation and use this all on one page, eg can the template be changed to accommodate this
3. Is it possible to redirect users to the directory that they are assigned to, instead of landing in root ?

thank you for your interest.
The no. 2 is a matter of templates configuration - we have 2 files - an HTML file that defines the HTML layout of the whole page, and the CSS one to style it up. You can customize the view as you wish.
The no. 1 and no. 3 will be in the next update that is released today or tomorrow.
