Is it possible to limit the number of times a visitor to the site can download a file?
I have a client who need a 'download area manager' and this one seems perfect, except for the 'number of downloads' limit.
If SecureLoads can't do this, would it be fairly easy to add this myself?

Dear Simon,
thank you for your interest. I'm regret to say but download limit count is not possible at the moment. Although it is a frequently requested feature that we plan to add in the next versions. I'm not ready to estimate the timeframe for it yet.
I will greatly appreciate if you comment on your needs - do you need:
1) to set a total number of file downloads limit for a whole folder (where might be several files)
2) for a certail file

What I need is a download limit of about 4-5 downloads per customer per file.
Ideally the link would have the number of downloads next to it, and when they are all used the link would become grey.
I might be able to do this myself, as I like to try my hand at php coding (although it's mostly trial and error stuff).
If I succeed I'll let you know.
