I am in the process of moving the website to a different server.  I have backed up the database and restored it onthe new server.  I have moved all of the files over.  When I log in as administrator, I see all of the user names present, but I get a

Error: Path does not exist 

message under the action list files in

I reset the storage_conf.php with the correct path.

I can't figure out where I don't have the path set correctly.
