As there is no manual as such can you please explain to me what get - list - update - delete - create file - create folder - send notification are in the access role area

get - allows to dowload a file
list - allows to see the file listing
update - allows to rename files/subfolders and reupload files
delete - allows to delete files/subfolders
create file - allows to upload a file
create folder - allows to create a subfolder
send notification - allows to send email notification after upload to all the users who will be able to download that file (who get the "get" permission to the folder the file is uploaded to)
