After uploading a file, users from a role group that have the permission to send a notification are not able to do so - we get this messgae:
Permission DeniedErrorSorry, you are not allowed to view this page

The administrator notify function works fine. I have checked cmods and do not see any problems - any sense of what could be happening here?

I have gone to the link to d/l 2.1.1 and all I get when I put my email and pass in is the ability to download hitAppoint-SingleStaff - is this correct.
