FTP Uploads

How do you FTP upload?  I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I can't figure it out.  I don't see a configuration setting for it.  When I try and upload using FTP, I get a error that I can't do that.

Also, is there a way to upload multiple files to the folders?

Thanks for the upgrade with multiple downloads.  That is awesome!

Re: FTP Uploads

Hello Greg,
to do FTP there's no configuration, just use your FTP client and connect to the server where the software is installed and upload to the storage folder (which you defined during setup stage, it is configured in the storage_conf.php file). You can upload as many files as you want and create subfolders as well

Re: FTP Uploads

Thats what I thought, but i kept getting "permission denied".  When I try and modify the directory attributes, I get "Server does not support attribute modifications"

It only happens in the directory that I am trying to upload images to.

After  futher eval, it seems when I make a folder inside the program it gives ownership to httpd:httpd, when I use my FTP program it gives ownership to me.

Thanks for the help, problem fixed by only creating new folders in the FTP program.

Re: FTP Uploads

agh, I see, probably I will need to update the script to make 777 mode on new folders that are created via Secureloads to access them via FTP
