Error permission denied

Hi algis,

i get this error:

Rename /Export Area/about_benelli  Error
Error: rename(c:\secur/Export Area/about_benelli,c:\secur/Export Area/About Benelli) [function.rename]: Permission denied

when i try to modify or delete a folder that i have insert in my root folder not from Seurload but directly created there. I need to make this because i have about 600 MB of files to insert in the area.

Another strange thing is that i can't change Lowercase in Uppercase and viceversa, the system tell me "change OK" but the name is teh same. What could be in your opinion?

Thank you
Ivan

Re: Error permission denied

Hello Ivan,
I'm sorry for the delayed reply. The reason for this is that you created that new folder by hand and then the Secureloads application (which is running as a different user) is not permitted to rename it. Please change permissions for this folder to allow the web server to modify it. Looks like it is Windows and if you are running IIS, this will be the Internet Guest Account or something like this (sorry I'm not an expert in IIS configuration).

Also as you are using Windows which is case-insensitive for file names we can't change case through PHP.
